Tenements or Messuages subsequently known as "Royal Victoria", Hanwell

The Special Court Baron of the Right Honourable and reverend Faith be in God Beilby our Divine permission and Bishop of London Lord of the said Manor held within and for the said Manor the twenty second day of June in the thirty second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the third. And in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two before William Dickens gentleman steward there.

At this court it is found by the Homage that on the fifth day of May last Richard Rymell of the parish of Hanwell in the county of Middlesex yeoman and Elizabeth his wife (she the said Elizabeth being first solely examined apart from her said husband by John Martin gentleman deputy steward of William Dickens gentleman steward of the said Manor and consenting) out of Court surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Rod by the hands and acceptance of the said deputy steward. Wit these two new erected Messuages or Tenements situate on Hanwell Heath within the said Manor with gardens to the same belonging and now occupied therewith now in the Occupation of John Batly and Edward Burton being part of the premises to which the said Richard Rymell was admitted the twenty seventh day of March one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight on the surrender of John Westbrooke. And also all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Richard Rymell and Elizabeth his wife and each of them of in to or out of the said premises thereby surrendered and every part thereof. To the use and behoof of Thomas Green of the parish of Hanwell victualler his heirs and assigns forever according to the custom of the said Manor. Whereupon came here into Court the said Thomas Green and prayed to be admitted to the said premises. To whom the Lord by his said Steward granted Seizin thereof by the Rod. To have and to hold the said premises with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Green his heirs and assigns for ever of the lord by the Rod at the Will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the rent and services therefore due and accustomed. And for such Estate so to be had thereof he giveth the Lord for a Fine accd. (£8-0-0) and so is admitted Tenant thereof.

The said Thomas Green at the same time made a surrender to the use of his Will.
